Voodoo Highway & Company is the expanded version of the band that plays Grateful Dead Tribute shows. We play festivals and special events, and are especially looking forward to the upcoming Grateful for the Dead Festival, in Hickories Park in Owego, NY, on May 12, which we are helping to organize. Stay tuned for details.
Here’s what the Binghamton University’s Pipe Dream had to say about our recent recreation of the Broome County Arena ’77 show on its 40th anniversary:
“Though Voodoo Highway wanted to replicate the Grateful Dead’s show, they still managed to showcase their own unique skills and talents. They successfully paid homage to their predecessors while standing on their own as talented musicians and a distinct band.”
